Pricing questions
You need only an email address to start the 3-month trial. Before the trial ends, choose Starter or Professional to keep your scenarios running, or contact us about Enterprise or Custom. Your scenarios and integrations stay in place when you switch to a paid plan. If you do not choose a plan, your scenarios stop when the trial ends. Support with set response times starts with a paid plan, but during the trial you can book a call with our team to go through your use case.
An integration kind is a category of systems Nussknacker connects to, for example message brokers such as Kafka, databases such as PostgreSQL, or AI model providers such as OpenAI. The integrations documentation lists every supported system.
Rate limits set how many events per second Nussknacker handles at each stage. Ingestion counts events read from sources. Enrichment counts calls to external systems, such as databases, ML models and language models. Destination counts events written to outputs. The limits are the same on Trial, Starter, Professional and Enterprise. AI components have no rate limits in the first 3 months of your subscription. If you need more throughput, choose Custom and tell us your expected event volume in the contact form.
Prices are per account, with unlimited users and scenarios. Enterprise costs $29,000 per year, which saves $5,080 compared with monthly billing. Starter and Professional are billed monthly, and you can move between them at any time. To move to Enterprise or Custom, contact us.
Starter and Professional run as SaaS. Enterprise runs as SaaS, in your own cloud (BYOC) or on-premises, and Custom runs in your own cloud or on-premises. With BYOC and on-premises, your data stays in your own infrastructure. On SaaS, Nussknacker Cloud processes your data in [cloud region].
The Nussknacker core is open source under the Apache 2.0 license and available on GitHub. You host the open-source edition yourself. It does not include support or enterprise integrations. Paid plans add support with set response times and enterprise integrations, such as the AI and ML components and integrations you set up in the UI instead of config files. Language model tokens are not included, so you pay your language model provider directly.
